Reserving your ritual

• Rituals can be reserved online, by phone, by email at rituals@runespa.com.au, or in person at the sanctuary.
• A deposit of 50% of your ritual price is taken when you book, to secure your time. It is credited to your ritual on the day.
• Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. You will receive a confirmation and a reminder before your visit.
• Please let us know when booking if you are pregnant, have any health conditions or allergies, or are booking for someone else.
• Skin needling requires a consultation before your first ritual, in person or by Zoom. We will arrange this when you book.

Arriving for your ritual

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your consultation form, enjoy a refreshment, change into your robe and settle in, so your ritual can begin the moment you walk into the room.
• For skin rituals, please arrive with clean skin and no make-up, and avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand.
• Lockers are provided for your belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
• Mobile phones are kept on silent throughout the sanctuary, so everyone can enjoy the quiet.

If you are running late

Life does not always run to plan. Please call us as soon as you know you will be late, and we will do our best to help.

• Your ritual will finish at its booked time, so the guest after you is not kept waiting. A late arrival will shorten your ritual, and the full price applies.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your ritual safely or well. We will talk with you about a shorter alternative or rescheduling, and the late cancellation fee may apply.

Your health and safety

• Please complete your consultation form honestly, and tell your therapist about any change to your health, medication or pregnancy.
• Your therapist may adapt, shorten or decline a ritual if it is not safe for you on the day. If this is due to something you could not have known in advance, no cancellation fee applies.
• Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent and to be present at the sanctuary.
• The sanctuary is a calm, adult space. Children cannot accompany guests unless they have a booking of their own.

If we need to change your booking

Very occasionally we may need to reschedule, for example if your therapist is unwell. We will contact you as early as possible to find a new time, and if we cannot, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Changing or cancelling your ritual

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel, so we can offer your time to another guest.

• 48 hours or more before: no charge. Your deposit is refunded, or held towards your new booking.
• Less than 48 hours before: your deposit is kept as a late cancellation fee (50% of your ritual price).
• No-show, or less than 4 hours before: 100% of your ritual price is charged.
• Changes can be made by phone or email. A message on social media is not confirmed until we reply.
• If you are unwell, particularly with anything contagious, please let us know early. We would rather reschedule than have you come in unwell, and we will always consider your circumstances with care.

Packages, gift cards and prepaid rituals

• If a ritual booked with a gift card, package or prepaid credit is cancelled late or missed, the fee is deducted from the gift card value or the ritual is counted as used.
• Gift cards are valid for three years from purchase, are not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at your visit.

Group bookings and gatherings

Bookings for three or more guests, private events and gatherings require a deposit and at least 7 days’ notice to change or cancel. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing when you book.

Payment and pricing

• We accept card and contactless payments.
• Prices may vary with product selections, enhancements and ritual duration. Your therapist will always discuss any change with you first.
• The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Your personal and health information is kept confidential and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
